"Creating your vision one space at a time"

PAT

During her time as a flight attendant, Pat’s true passion was to be an interior designer.  Juggling that with attending the Interior Design Institute, plus an internship at the Denver Design Center, Pat received her Bachelor of Interior Design.

Pat’s career began over 25 years ago as an interior designer for local and out of state home builders, specializing in model home merchandising and evolved to include custom home construction and commercial projects.

Pat believes that great design begins with a conversation with you, the client.  Creating your vision and working together to create spaces that beautifully reflect your personality and lifestyle, Pat never has a “one size fits all” design solution.  Your space will always reflect your vision.  Pat’s passion, patience, imagination, and intuitive instinct for design, has amassed her a long list of loyal and repeat clients.

Pat also partners with many of the top realtors in professional home staging.  The results of her sound advice results in their homes typically selling for more money and spending less time on the market.

For her commercial clients, Pat and her team collaborates with each client to create workspace design concepts that lends it to a more collaborative, inspiring, and productive work environment design solutions with attention to the smallest details.

In 2012, Broxton Design expanded its services to include commercial move management relocation coordination. Beginning with the relocation of over 125 soldiers from Schriever’s AFB to their brand-new facility located at Peterson AFB.  The Broxton Design team has since coordinated move services for Kaiser Permanente, SCL Health St Joseph, University of Colorado Health, and The Department of Veterans Affairs, and Buckley AFB among others.

Pat is currently a member of South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) and has served on the Diamond Circle Committee.  Pat is also an active committee member for the Nathan YIP Foundation, the Mountain Plains Minority Supplier Development Council (MPMSDC) and a MBEIC committee member.  She is also Project Coordinator for Fighting Together to Save Lives.

Pat grew up in Tennessee, on a farm, and has been in Colorado long enough to be a semi-native.  Very happily married to her husband Travis for over 25+ years, he’s her best friend and her rock. He has his own very successful photography business, broxtonCreative.  Their daughter Amaiyah is their pride and joy.  She's a precocious 12 year old that keeps them on their toes!

Pat’s mantra is: Never let fear stop me, but embrace whatever it may bring so I will never have to say, what if?”
