Pat Broxton is the Owner and President of Broxton Design & Development, Inc., a full service interior design firm specializing in residential and commercial interior design, including move management and facility coordination.
Previously, Pat Broxton served as the Senior Design consultant for Payne Interiors,
where she worked closely with custom builders providing exterior and interior specifications for $1 million and above custom homes. Prior to this, Pat was the Senior Designer for Captivating Design Service and was responsible for model home merchandising for local and out of state builders in California and Indiana. Pat began her career in the interior design world at the Denver Design Center as an intern for Chuck Wells and Associates.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from the Interior Design Institute formerly of Denver, Colorado, and several continuing education certificates related to the interior design field. Pat’s recent accomplishments includes JE Dunn Diversity Program and the Small Business Administration E300 Emerging Business Program.
Broxton Design clients have included: Oakwood Homes, Creekside Homes, Devex Properties, BAB Architects, Denver International Airport, Forest City Stapleton, the Denver Housing Authority, and Schriever, Fort Carson and Peterson Air Force Bases.
Pat is currently a member of South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) Affiliate Program, Business Network International (BNI), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), and Colorado Interior Design Coalition (CIDC).
